7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers on Starter and Pro plans. If you're not satisfied with Universal Form AI, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription payment.

Eligibility Requirements

• Applies only to your first subscription (new customers only)
• Request must be made within 7 calendar days of initial payment
• Available for Starter and Pro monthly plans
• Not available for renewals or subsequent billing cycles

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact our support team:

• Subject Line: "Refund Request"
• Include: Your account email, order number (if available), and brief reason for refund

We will review your request within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle and typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment method and financial institution.

Business & Enterprise Plans

Business and Enterprise plans with annual contracts are subject to different refund terms, which are negotiated and documented in your service agreement. Contact your account manager or email support@zenmysoul.com for details.

Monthly Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. When you cancel:

• Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period
• You retain access to all features until the subscription expires
• No refunds are provided for partial months (outside the 7-day guarantee period)
• Unused form credits do not roll over after cancellation
• You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods

Chargebacks & Disputes

If you have a payment concern, please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. Chargebacks may result in immediate account suspension and additional fees.

All payment disputes are handled by Paddle according to their terms and conditions.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

• Professional services fees (custom integrations, consulting, template mapping)
• Setup or onboarding fees for Enterprise plans
• Forms already processed (usage-based charges)
• Renewals beyond the initial 7-day period
